1. General provisions

2. The subject of the contract
2.1. The seller undertakes to transfer to the buyer the goods (service) indicated on the site [website of the company] (hereinafter referred to as "goods"), and the buyer undertakes to accept and pay for the goods in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
3. Conditions for the conclusion of the contract

3.2. The seller has the right to change the terms of this offer without prior agreement with the buyer, while the changes take effect from the moment of their publication on the seller's website.
4. The rights and obligations of the parties

- On time to issue and send the goods to the buyer's address or fulfill other terms of the contract.

5. Price and payment order

7. The responsibility of the parties

8. Force majeure
8.1. The parties are not liable for non-fulfillment or improper performance of obligations under this Agreement in the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, war, changes in legislation, etc.

9. The term of the contract
9.1. This offer shall enter into force on the moment of its publication on the seller's website and acts until all the parties' obligations are fulfilled.
10. Final positions
10.1. All disputes arising in connection with the implementation of this Agreement are resolved through negotiations. In case of unable to resolve the dispute, it is submitted for consideration by the relevant court.
10.2. This Agreement is concluded in electronic form and is obligatory for the parties to fulfill the terms by the buyer of the conditions of this offer.
