Amendments to the EDRPOU for LLCs

After preparation of the package of documents, we organize their submission to the state registrar. Lawyers accompany the process at all stages, providing timely consideration. This guarantees that all changes will be successfully made to the EDRPOU within the set time.

Once the changes are completed, we receive confirmation in the form of an excerpt from the EDRPOU, the updated version of the Statute (if necessary) and other official documents.
